We’re working with a high-growth ecommerce business looking for a <strong>Performance Marketing Executive (Affiliate)</strong> to support and scale their affiliate activity during a busy trading period.<br>

Sitting within a collaborative performance marketing team, this role blends commercial thinking with hands-on delivery - supporting partner performance, campaign optimisation, and insight-led growth across international markets.<br>
<br>
This is a <strong>3–6 month contract</strong>, ideal for someone looking to deepen their affiliate experience in a fast-moving environment.<br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Support the delivery and optimisation of affiliate activity in line with wider performance marketing objectives
<li>Work closely with affiliate partners and networks to drive traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition
<li>Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting across multiple markets
<li>Identify optimisation opportunities through data analysis and performance insights
<li>Support the onboarding and development of new partners as the channel evolves
<li>Collaborate with internal marketing and commercial teams to ensure activity aligns with broader business goals
</ul>
<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>2+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce or agency environments
<li>Experience working with affiliate partners or networks, with a strong understanding of performance metrics
<li>Commercially minded with a data-led approach to optimisation and decision-making
<li>Confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting
<li>Experience using affiliate platforms and reporting tools is beneficial but not essential

<li>£28,000 – £32,000 (pro rata)
