We’re partnering with a global e-commerce business to find a <strong>Performance Marketing Executive</strong> to support activity across multiple paid channels during a period of growth.<br>
<br>
This role sits within a collaborative performance marketing team and is ideal for a marketer with a strong grounding in affiliates who is looking to broaden their experience across additional paid channels such as search and social.<br>
You’ll work across campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis - gaining exposure to multi-channel performance marketing in a fast-paced, commercial environment. <br>

This is a <strong>3–6 month contract</strong><br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Support the delivery of paid acquisition activity across a mix of performance marketing channels
<li>Assist with campaign setup, testing, and optimisation to improve efficiency and results
<li>Monitor performance data and support reporting on key metrics and trends
<li>Contribute ideas and insights to help improve performance and campaign effectiveness
</ul>
<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
<li>Exposure to paid media or affiliate marketing within an e-commerce or agency environment
<li>Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
</ul>

<strong>Salary Range</strong>

<li>£28,000 – £32,000 (pro rata)
