Job description

<p>This is a brilliant opportunity to join a culturally driven food brand known for bold creative and strong youth appeal. You’ll take ownership of a brand at scale — shaping how it shows up across campaigns, digital, retail and cultural moments. You’ll act as the creative custodian, elevating design standards and building a distinctive, modern visual identity across every touchpoint.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> -      Own and evolve the visual identity across digital, social, print and in-store environments<br> -      Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches and cultural activations<br> -      Deliver social-first, motion-led content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram<br> -      Create assets across packaging, retail, events, CRM and digital channels<br> -      Build scalable design systems, templates and toolkits<br> -      Manage multiple projects and collaborate across marketing, social and external partners<br> -      Brief and oversee freelancers, agencies and production partners <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> -      Extensive experience across brand, motion, digital and print design in house or with an agency with a focus on youth, music and fashion industry<br> -      Strong portfolio demonstrating brand ownership across static and motion work<br> -      Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) + AI softwares<br> -      Experience designing across multiple formats including social, packaging and retail<br> -      Strong conceptual thinking and creative judgement<br> -      Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> -      £50 - 60k depending on experience<br> -      Bonus scheme <br> -      25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off<br> -      5% employer pension contribution<br> -      Private healthcare<br> -      Enhanced parental leave<br> -      Career development and training opportunities <p><strong>Location: London, 4 days in the office  </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong></p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
