We’re working with an exciting, high-growth adtech business, helping brands deliver authentic advertising across social media at scale.<br>

Following strong global momentum, they are now hiring an <strong>Advertising Sales Director</strong> to lead its UK commercial growth. This is a senior, visible role with genuine autonomy - ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to help shape a market-leading proposition from the ground up.<br>
<br>
You’ll play a critical role in building the UK client base, establishing key agency and brand partnerships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for an innovative advertising platform.<br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Build and grow the UK client base across agencies, advertisers and e-commerce brands
<li>Develop and execute UK go-to-market and sales strategies
<li>Open and manage senior agency and brand relationships
<li>Drive revenue growth through new business and long-term partnerships
<li>Act as a senior commercial voice in the UK, representing the platform externally
<li>Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to influence market fit
</ul>
<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>Senior sales or commercial leadership experience within adtech, media owner, publisher or agency environments
<li>Strong existing relationships across the UK advertising ecosystem
<li>Proven track record of new business development and revenue growth
<li>Comfortable selling innovative advertising solutions
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch
<li>Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
</ul>
<strong>Project Scope & Duration - </strong>ASAP start for an ongoing freelance contract<br>

<strong>Day Rate - </strong>TBC<br>

<strong>Location & Workplace Policy - </strong>East London, 5 days pw office based <br>
