Job description
Major Players are working with an independent, London-based creative agency who focus on integrated campaigns which include TV, video, outdoor and radio media. We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to take the lead on developing and delivering paid social campaigns that drive real business impact. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who's data-savvy, detail-obsessed, and excited to work with a wide range of fast-growing brands.
You'll play a key role in planning, executing, optimising and reporting on campaigns across major social platforms, and contribute to broader cross-channel strategies. Bonus if you've also got experience with paid search or programmatic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and more
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities and maximise ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, social, client services) to ensure campaigns align with wider brand goals
- Provide detailed performance reporting with actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and evolving best practices
- Bonus: Support or manage paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) or programmatic campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years' experience running high-performing paid social campaigns
- A solid understanding of platform-specific strategies and best practices (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
- Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret data and translate into smart decisions
- Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you'll be client-facing
- Bonus: Experience with paid search or programmatic
- Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus
