Job description

ROLE: Mid Designer

Fantastic opportunity to join the growing creative team at an award-winning Strategic Communications Agency, their clients span sectors including healthcare, energy, education, transport, and financial services,

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-quality visual assets across digital and print formats

- Work closely with consultants and strategists to translate complex briefs into clear, engaging design outputs

- Contribute to branding, identity, and campaign development projects

- Create social media assets, infographics, motion graphics (basic animation skills desirable)

- Support new business pitches and proposals with polished visuals and presentations

- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

- Collaborate with other designers, freelancers, and external suppliers as needed

Skills & Experience

- Professional design experience, within a PR or B2B agency

- A strong, varied portfolio demonstrating skills across print and digital design

- Familiarity with digital design platforms such as Figma or Canva

- Solid grasp of layout, typography, and brand systems

- Confident communicator with strong collaboration and organisational skills

- An interest in current affairs, politics, or purpose-led communications is a plus
