You’ll lead the strategy and execution of the brand’s membership and subscription offering, driving acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value through compelling storytelling, digital journeys, and integrated campaigns.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define and execute global marketing strategies for membership acquisition, retention, and growth
<li>Own the membership funnel, optimising conversion, upsell, renewal rates, and engagement
<li>Lead CRM strategy including segmentation, personalisation, and automation across email, social, and app channels
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Retail, Digital, Community, Tech, Finance) to ensure integrated membership campaigns and seamless member experiences
<li>Influence digital product roadmap to enhance membership app experience and adoption
<li>Report on key performance metrics such as CPA, churn, LTV, ARPU, and ROAS, using insights to drive future campaigns
<li>Support marketing at physical events and activations to bring the membership to life across markets
</ul>

<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns, ideally within membership or subscription models
<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret CPA, churn, LTV, and engagement metrics
<li>Experience leading campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
<li>Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders
<li>Background in premium fashion, active, or lifestyle brands
<li>Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and app management
</ul>
