Job description

A trusted tech consultancy are entering a new phase of growth and they’re looking for a commercial-minded B2B Marketing Manager to join their London-based team. This company prides itself on delivering real business outcomes on time, and they are seeking a professional who can take ownership of their brand and turn their technical expertise into genuine market authority. If you are looking for a role where you can have a tangible impact on a company's growth trajectory within a collaborative and transparent environment, this is an ideal opportunity to shape the voice of a growing brand.

This position goes beyond simply "doing marketing". You will be responsible for building the commercial engine that feeds the sales pipeline and drives brand recognition. You will act as a true full-stack marketer, comfortable shifting gears between writing persuasive copy, setting up LinkedIn campaigns, and analysing traffic data to optimise performance. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve orchestrating campaigns across social, web, email, and events to attract high-value clients. You will also work closely with leadership to translate complex technical success stories into digestible, commercial content, such as whitepapers and case studies, that positions the firm as a thought leader in the tech consultancy space.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B marketing experience, preferably within the Tech, SaaS, or Professional Services sectors. The ideal candidate creates success not just by driving revenue, but by supporting growth and spotting opportunities through deep commercial acumen. You must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Analytics, Customer.io, and Webflow. Above all, the company is looking for a problem solver who stands out from the crowd, someone with the ability to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and implement solutions to overcome them.

Location & Workplace Policy

London

Remote first, 1 day office

Salary & Benefits

£60,000 per annum plus

28 days holiday, pension, profit share bonus, flexible benefits, work from anywhere policy

If you would like a confidential chat about this role or your next career move, then please send your CV to jodie.clayton@majorplayers.co.uk or connect via LinkedIn: Jodie Clayton

Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
