Job description

<p>This is a pivotal role within a premium fashion retail brand, responsible for leading the CRM function, setting strategy, and running campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.</p> <p> </p> <p>You’ll join a small but growing CRM team and take ownership of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and team leadership.
