<p>A fantastic opportunity for an experienced <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of premium, design-led brands.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>You’ll own the full social across multiple design/interiors/luxury brands spanning organic and paid activity, influencer and affiliate programmes, community engagement, content planning, and optimisation. Working in a collaborative, creative, and design-focused environment, you’ll play a key role in driving digital transformation, elevating brand visibility, and delivering measurable business results.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>• Lead end-to-end social media strategy across multiple premium lifestyle brands</p>
<p>• Build platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn</p>
<p>• Oversee analytics, reporting and ongoing optimisation across channels</p>
<p>• Manage influencer and affiliate activity, ensuring strong creative output and performance ROI</p>
<p>• Line-manage a small team, supporting growth, prioritisation and development</p>
<p>• Collaborate with brand, digital, CRM, creative and customer teams to deliver integrated social campaigns</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<p>• Minimum 5 years experience leading social for luxury, lifestyle, interiors, fashion or retail brands</p>
<p>• Strong understanding of paid and organic social best practice</p>
<p>• Comfortable hands on with content creation</p>
<p>• Proven track record driving traffic, engagement, sample requests and ecommerce conversion</p>
<p>• Experience managing influencer partnerships and affiliate performance</p>
<p>• Confident using analytics tools and data to influence content, planning and optimisation</p>
<p>• Excellent copywriting, creative briefing, planning and project management skills</p>

<p>• £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience</p>
