<p>I’m partnering with a <strong>fast-growing viral social entertainment brand</strong> to hire a Social and Influencer Marketing Specialist.</p> <p> </p> <p>This brand has built a <strong>social-first, digital-native model</strong>, with content reaching millions worldwide and driving high engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. With rapid growth in the UK market, this role offers the chance to <strong>own and execute marketing strategy with a focu on social and influencer, </strong>build partnerships, and help scale visibility and impact.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role is ideal for someone <strong>proactive, creative, and data-informed</strong>, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p><strong>Social & Influencer Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and execute the UK social media and influencer strategy <li>Develop campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and measurable growth <li>Test and refine initiatives internally before delegating to support teams </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Influencer & Partnership Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand partners <li>Lead collaborations from ideation to execution, tracking performance metrics <li>Support ambassador programmes and longer-term strategic partnerships </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Team & Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and mentor offshore social media VAs <li>Work cross-functionally to align campaigns with marketing, product, and brand objectives <li>Bring forward creative ideas to elevate campaigns and processes </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Performance & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track engagement, growth, traffic, and conversion metrics <li>Provide insight-led reporting and recommendations to optimise campaigns </ul> <p> </p> <p>Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in <strong>social media management</strong>, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and algorithms</strong> <li>Hands-on content creation skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools) <li>Confident copywriter with brand-aligned tone of voice <li>Experience managing junior or offshore team members <li>Data-driven, commercially aware, and growth-focused </ul> <p> </p> <p>Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated <li>Bold, creative thinker with attention to detail <li>Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment <li>Trend-aware, commercially minded, and socially savvy </ul> <p> </p> <p>Salary & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>£35K - £40K (dependent on experience) <li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays <li>Hybrid working (1 day WFH, remainder in office) <li>Central London office <li>Pension scheme <li>Regular team socials and collaborative, high-energy environment <li>High autonomy and creative freedom </ul> <p> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
