<p>I’m partnering with a <strong>fast-growing viral social entertainment brand</strong> to hire a Marketing Assistant supporting their <strong>US marketing strategy</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a <strong>high-performing, creative team</strong> in a small, fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to the growth of a brand with a strong social-first presence, helping to drive engagement, visibility, and reach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role is ideal for someone <strong>proactive, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience</strong> in social media, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p><strong>Marketing Support & Campaign Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in executing the US marketing strategy, helping to drive high-quality traffic and contribute to growth <li>Support the development and management of social marketing initiatives, including performance-driven affiliate programmes <li>Help track campaign performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Influencer & Social Media Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate paid and organic influencer collaborations, from identifying creators and assisting outreach to organising product sends and tracking results <li>Contribute creative ideas for content and distribution to maximise reach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube <li>Help ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and quality standards </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Collaboration & Team Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning and execution <li>Take initiative to suggest improvements and contribute to strategic discussions <li>Assist in building scalable processes for influencer and social campaigns </ul> <p> </p> <p>Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Some experience or interest in social media, digital marketing, or influencer support <li>Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends and culture <li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail <li>Creative thinker with an interest in content creation and campaign strategy <li>Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment </ul> <p> </p> <p>Salary & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>£30K - £35K (dependent on experience) <li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays <li>Hybrid working (1 day WFH, remainder in office) <li>Central London office <li>Pension scheme <li>Regular team socials and collaborative, creative working culture </ul> <p> </p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your CV to maddy.worger@majorplayers.co.uk</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
