<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">Junior Social & Content Manager</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">£200-250 per day | Outside IR35<br> Rolling monthly contract<br> Hybrid: 2 days London office | 3 days remote per week</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">A culture led, creative agency is looking for a Junior Social & Content Manager to join the team on a freelance basis.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">This is not a role for someone who just “uses social”. It’s for someone who understands internet culture.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">Someone who can be <strong>client facing,</strong> knows why certain TikToks blow up, which creators are shaping conversations, and how brands can show up online in ways that actually feel relevant.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">You’ll work across a mix of culture-led brands, helping run social channels, support content production and bring ideas to life across fast-moving campaigns.</span></p> <h3><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">What you’ll be doing</span></strong></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">• Managing day-to-day activity across brand social channels (posting, scheduling, community management)<br> • Supporting content calendars and keeping campaigns organised across multiple platforms<br> • Working closely with creatives to sense-check social content before it goes live<br> • Spotting trends, memes and cultural moments brands should be part of<br> • Helping coordinate creators and influencers on campaigns<br> • Capturing quick behind-the-scenes content on shoots or events when needed<br> • Pulling together simple performance reports and insights</span></p> <h3><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">What they’re looking for</span></strong></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">• Client facing experience<br> • Around 2 years’ experience in social media (agency or in-house)<br> • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats<br> • Someone genuinely plugged into internet culture, creators and trends<br> • Organised and proactive, able to keep multiple projects moving<br> • Comfortable writing captions and adapting tone of voice<br> • Curious, collaborative and eager to learn fast</span></p> <h3><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">Why this role is exciting</span></strong></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;">• Work on social-first campaigns with creative teams<br> • Get involved in content, creators and shoots<br> • A fast-moving environment where ideas actually get made<br> • A great opportunity for someone early in their career to level up quickly</span></p> <p>📩 If you're interested, please send your CV, portfolio or social examples, along with your availability. <strong>Apply here or email Ella.augustin@majorplayers.co.uk</strong></p>
