<p>We have partnered with a sportswear brand on the search for a new E-commerce Manager, focused on building a distinctive global presence through merchandise, digital experiences and fan engagement.</p> <p> </p> <p>The brand sits at the intersection of sport, culture and commerce, creating products and experiences that resonate with a passionate global fanbase. With ambitious growth plans, they are investing heavily in their ecommerce and digital ecosystem.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, high-performance team working on high-profile launches and projects within one of the most exciting sports in the world.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Ecommerce Store Management</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the daily operation of the Shopify storefront, ensuring the site remains accurate, stable and fully optimised <li>Create and update products, collections and merchandising content to support launches and campaigns <li>Implement website updates and new content, ensuring all changes are tested and delivered on schedule <li>Maintain strong site presentation and functionality during peak traffic moments and product drops </ul> <p> </p> <p>CRM & Customer Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Execute CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, including email communications linked to launches and marketing initiatives <li>Manage and optimise lifecycle email flows such as welcome, post-purchase and retention journeys <li>Support updates and messaging across the brand’s store app <li>Assist with the rollout and day-to-day management of a loyalty programme, including reward structures and communications <li>Track CRM performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement </ul> <p> </p> <p>Customer Journey & Conversion</p> <ul> <li>Ensure product and collection pages present merchandise in a clear and compelling way <li>Support testing and optimisation initiatives aimed at improving user experience and conversion <li>Help maintain a consistent and on-brand journey across ecommerce, email and app channels </ul> <p> </p> <p>Analytics & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Monitor ecommerce and CRM performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis <li>Contribute to reporting on site performance, engagement and customer retention <li>Support post-launch and campaign analysis to identify improvements </ul> <p> </p> <p>Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with creative teams to implement visual assets across digital platforms <li>Partner with marketing to ensure ecommerce activity aligns with campaigns and key brand moments <li>Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience </ul> <p> </p> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce, CRM or digital merchandising <li>Practical experience managing a Shopify store <li>Familiarity with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform <li>Exposure to loyalty programmes or app-based customer experiences is beneficial <li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment <li>Proactive and motivated to continue developing within ecommerce </ul> <p> </p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary depending on experience <li>20 days annual leave plus additional time off over Christmas and New Year <li>Additional paid day off for your birthday <li>Weekly flexible “work from anywhere” day <li>Time off in lieu for occasional weekend work related to major launches or events <li>MacBook and required equipment provided <li>Budget allocated for training and professional development </ul>
