Internal Communications Officer - Brand Experience Agency
A dynamic and highly regarded brand experience agency is searching for an Internal Communications Officer.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for developing developing and delivering inspiring internal comms campaigns, strategies and projects.You'll dig for insight, discovering all there is to know about a project, before working closely with the Content and Comms team (which you'll be a part of), Studio, Film & Social and Digital teams to shape comms strategies, plans and content for whatever brand experience we're creating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging communications campaigns for a variety of clients
- Create communications plans and editorial calendars for clients' communications channels (digital, print and in-person) segmented by audience groups
- Craft communications solutions to achieve a diverse range of communication and engagement objectives
- Identify key content themes and propose engaging content formats and outputs to suit the clients' communications needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in internal comms in-house or agency is a must
- Strong understanding of internal communications channels
- Creative copywriting with strong editing and proof-reading skills
- Experience of developing or contributing to internal communications strategies is preferred but not essential
- Research and insights - having the curiosity to dig deep into a brief and build a full picture of a brand to make informed internal comms decisions
