<h2><strong>Midweight Freelance Designer</strong></h2> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br> We’re heading into a busy period and are looking for a talented Midweight Freelance Designer to support our creative team from mid-December to mid-January (with some flexibility and potential extension). You’ll be working across varied, high-impact B2B design projects—perfect for someone who enjoys switching between formats, thinking creatively, and delivering polished work at pace.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and produce high-quality <strong>e-books</strong>, <strong>playbooks</strong>, <strong>FCDs</strong>, and other on-brand collateral</p> <li> <p>Create <strong>large-format graphics</strong> and event-focused visual assets</p> <li> <p>Provide general creative support across multiple workstreams as required</p> <li> <p>Work confidently in <strong>PowerPoint</strong> as well as <strong>Adobe Creative Cloud</strong></p> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with the internal creative team to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs</p> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience as a <strong>Midweight Designer</strong>, ideally within B2B environments</p> <li> <p>Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format design (digital, long-form, large-format)</p> <li> <p>Expertise in Adobe CC + strong working knowledge of PowerPoint</p> <li> <p>Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a busy period</p> <li> <p>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables</p> </ul> <p><strong>Project Scope & Duration</strong><br> Mid-December – Mid-January (with potential for timing shifts or extension)</p> <p><strong>Day Rate</strong><br> Please advise your day rate when applying.</p> <p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy</strong><br> Remote</p> <p><strong>IR35 Status</strong><br> Outside</p> <hr> <p>Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your portfolio, CV, day rate and availability as soon as possible.</p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency.</p>
