Job description

<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading integrated creative agency working at the heart of live entertainment. You’ll be part of a talented in-house creative team delivering bold, high-impact campaigns. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> -      Design and deliver creative assets across digital-first campaigns, including social, email, paid media and display.<br> -      Create responsive and adaptive digital designs across devices, following best practice.<br> -      Design HTML emails and animated digital assets.<br> -      Artworking and print design required across wider campaigns.<br> -      Assist with maintaining and applying design systems and component libraries <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> -      Experience in a creative agency or studio environment is a must <br> -      Strong digital-first design background across email, social, digital media and web as well as print.<br> -      Solid understanding of visual design principles including typography, layout, hierarchy and colour.<br> -      Confident using Figma (layouts, components, basic prototyping).<br> -      Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.<br> -      Experience with HTML and email platforms.<br> -      Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> -      £30-40k per annum (doe)<br> -      Company pension scheme<br> -      Private health insurance<br> -      Enhanced maternity and paternity leave<br> -      Complimentary entertainment tickets <p><strong>Location: London, Hybrid 3 days in the office </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong><br>  </p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
