Job description
Social and Content Manager
Our client, one of the UK's leading brands in entertainment, is looking for a Social and Content Manager to join their team on a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and taking ownership of the company's social media channels, including content curation and management, to support the company's core strategies.
- Managing and optimising paid social activity, collaborating with social and digital agencies, as well as platforms like Facebook and TikTok, to implement best practice approaches and define a clear test and learn roadmap.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing manager to optimise paid social activity and contribute to the wider digital marketing strategy.
- Utilising competitor information and social sentiment to identify trends in the community and social media, generating insights for marketing strategy.
- Leading the social and wider digital activity plan for the year, briefing agencies to deliver against key content and strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in entertainment is preferable.
- Strong social media management experience gained within a fast-moving, customer-facing business.
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of different platforms.
- Experience in delivering stretch growth targets: traffic, revenue, and profit.
- Strong examples of defining and launching campaigns that have delivered clear business benefits.

- £46k pro-rata
