Business Development Manager (Creative Social Agency)
My client is a social first, independent agency located in Central London. Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll take the lead on new business strategy, own the sales pipeline, and be the driving force behind agency growth. From inbound lead management to outbound outreach and LinkedIn activity, you'll build momentum, foster relationships, and shape the agency's future.
What you'll be doing:
- Find new leads, setting up meetings and understanding the USP's of the business to generate relevant business
- Develop and execute new business and outreach strategies
- Manage inbound leads and nurture long-term client relationships
- Lead LinkedIn and social outreach to increase visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with creatives to understand and pitch the agency's offering
- Track industry trends and market opportunities to inform strategy
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience and a strong understanding in a creative/marketing agency environment
- Beneficial, social first experience
- Is proactive, hands-on, and excited by building something from the ground up
- Communicates with confidence and clarity
- Understands branding, design, and advertising
- Is highly organised and comfortable using CRM tools
- Loves the chase and thrives on hitting growth targets
