Account Executive - Experiential Agency

Major Players are partnering with a renowned global experiential agency to recruit for an Account Executive to work on a portfolio of highly sought after brands. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of events from start to finish, always striving to create best in class brand experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations. We are looking for someone who's highly organised, curious, enthusiastic, and ready to learn from some of the best in the industry.

You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects across well-known brands, with opportunities to support events from the early planning stages all the way through to live activation.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with project planning, research, and supplier sourcing
• Helping to put together timelines, schedules, and team logistics
• Supporting with budgets, tracking costs and raising purchase orders
• Helping manage communications with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Attending and supporting live events, including set-up and on-site coordination
• Taking notes during meetings and sharing actions with teams and clients
• Learning from senior team members and growing your knowledge of the industry

Experience required:

• A genuine interest in events, experiential marketing or brand activations
• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A calm and positive attitude under pressure
• A proactive, team-player mindset - happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved
• A willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for live events

Start date: ASAP, ideally within the next 2-4 weeks
Hours: Full time
Salary: £25-25,000 + annual bonus
Office locations: Bromley and Central London
Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
