SheSays Launches Night School to Future-Proof Creatives 

From 22 September, SheSays is opening their Night School - free and open to all creatives looking to enhance their career. This month-long content series is designed to upskill creative professionals through bite-sized lessons online each week. 

Night School is a response to the rapid technological evolution facing the creative industries. Nabila Richardson, Night School Lead for SheSays, explains the resulting reskilling need among the labour force, LinkedIn’s 2025 Workplace Learning Report found nearly half of learning and talent development professionals see a skills crisis (49%), yet 91% of L&D pros agree continuous learning is more important than ever for career success.” 

We are honoured to partner with SheSays for this initiative. Driven by a passion to accelerate creative and marketing ambitions, this programme enables us to engage with the lifeblood of our industry - creative talent. 

Rosa Rolo, our Managing Director, adds, “Our 2025 Salary Census shows 70% of workplace skills are set to change by 2030, with communication, creativity, and adaptability topping the list. Partnering with SheSays on the Night School initiative gives us a chance to support talent, helping build confidence and the interpersonal skills that really make the difference.” Working within an industry in constant flux, it’s vital to prioritise the human qualities that will keep our work fresh, innovative, and reflective of everyone. 

Each lesson will be posted to SheSays’ LinkedIn page each week with an accompanying worksheet for participants to quickly practice their skills. Guided by a team of brilliant creative minds, every lesson will focus on a specific skill necessary for a career in the creative industries, and each week will conclude with a Q&A session hosted by the respective teachers to ensure any questions or queries are answered. Night School is rejecting formal lectures in favour of short yet potent doses of wisdom void of unnecessary corporate lingo. The series promises to be both succinct and uniquely magical. The programme will mark its end with an in-person graduation on 28 October at VaynerMedia’s London office.  

The creative world is changing quickly, and with that, expectations on candidates’ skills and capabilities are moving at pace.
