In 2022, when we became the first marketing and creative recruitment agency to achieve B-Corp status, we committed to continuing to use our business as a force for good. This uplift from 81.9 to 92.3 is a genuine reflection of the consistent, meaningful work still happening right across our business. It’s a testament to how we support our people, communities, clients, and the industries we operate in - and why holding ourselves accountable through recertification matters.
