Hours are longer in PR especially on agencyside with 10% working over 50hours a week and the majority working between 42 and 50.
In 2016 there will be a shift in PR towards more integration with digital marketing and social media as the industry becomes more social centric. There will also be a constant battle to reach Gen Z and Millennials.
PR are sensitive about divulging their salaries, with only a quarter discussing it with colleagues (far less than other specialisms). 35% have received a promotion in the last year.
