<p><strong>Senior Social Media Manager</strong><br> Freelance contract<br> London based, hybrid</p> <p><strong>Rate:</strong> £350-£375per day, inside IR35 via umbrella <br> <strong>Duration:</strong> Monday 2nd Feb - 27th March with review to extend<br> <strong>Working pattern:</strong> 2–3 days per week in London office, 2–3 days remote per week</p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>I'm working with an incredible in house team who are looking for a <strong>Senior Social Media Manager</strong> to lead a very exciting end-to-end social delivery, across high-profile <strong>alcohol and sports-led projects! </strong></p> <p>This role suits someone who understands regulated categories, fast-moving cultural moments, and how social content, community, and brand voice need to work together. You will own social from planning through to delivery, ensuring output is consistent, engaging, and on-brand across platforms.</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Owning end-to-end social media management across Meta platforms</p> <li> <p>Leading content planning, publishing, and optimisation</p> <li> <p>Managing community engagement, moderation, and tone of voice</p> <li> <p>Working closely with creative and content teams to deliver social-first output</p> <li> <p>Responding to cultural, sporting, and live moments where relevant</p> <li> <p>Ensuring social activity aligns with brand, regulatory, and platform guidelines</p> <li> <p>Reporting on performance and feeding insight back into content and community strategy</p> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience as a Senior Social Media Manager</p> <li> <p>Direct experience working on <strong>alcohol brands and or sports-related projects</strong></p> <li> <p>Strong understanding of Meta platforms and social best practice</p> <li> <p>Confident managing both content and community at scale</p> <li> <p>Comfortable working at pace in high-profile, visible environments</p> <li> <p>Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams and stakeholders</p> </ul> <p><strong>Does it sound like you?
