Job description

We're looking for an experienced <strong>Senior PR Manager / Senior Account Director</strong> to lead high-profile PR activity across a portfolio of luxury, lifestyle-led brands within the marina, yachting and destination space.<br> <br> This is a senior, hands-on contract role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution. Shaping narratives that resonate with UHNW audiences while delivering international media impact. You’ll play a key role in elevating brand reputation, supporting major launches and events, and positioning clients at the forefront of design, sustainability and luxury living.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Lead PR strategy and delivery for luxury marina and lifestyle brands <li>Develop compelling brand narratives  <li>Secure high-quality coverage across international lifestyle, travel, yachting and business media <li>Support announcements, launches and high-profile events, from planning through to delivery <li>Oversee PR activity around trade shows  <li>Manage reputation, issues management and crisis communications as required <li>Support digital presence across website and social channels, ensuring consistency of messaging </ul> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Strong senior-level PR experience within luxury, lifestyle, travel, or destination-led brands <li>Proven track record of securing international media coverage and managing senior media relationships <li>Experience communicating with UHNW audiences and premium stakeholders <li>Commercially minded, strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and writing skills <li>Genuine passion for luxury, travel, destinations and maritime culture </ul> <br> <strong>Project Scope & Duration</strong> <ul> <li>Initial 3-month contract <li>Starting March </ul> <br> <strong>Day Rate</strong> <ul> <li>£350–£500 per day, depending on experience </ul> <br> <strong>Location & Workplace Policy</strong> <ul> <li>London-based  <li>Hybrid working model </ul> <strong>IR35 Status</strong> <ul> <li>Outside IR35 </ul> <br> <br> Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.<br> <br> Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
