<p>Major Players are partnering with an esteemed boutique experiential agency to recruit for an Experiential Junior/Mid-weight Producer work on a portfolio of highly sought after global brands. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of brand activations, always striving to create and deliver best-in-class brand experiences.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of brand activations and campaigns.
<li>Nurture relationships with suppliers and PR/advertising/creative agency partners.
<li>Maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders.
<li>Be proactive in learning about new suppliers and proactively attend industry events to develop relationships.
<li>Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
<li>Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, ensuring activations are delivered on time and within budget.
<li>Maintain financial control of client budgets, including pricing, profit, budget approvals and payments.
<li>Oversee internal teams and ensure everyone is up to date on project timelines.
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience (at least 2 years) working in an experiential / brand activation agency, with extensive knowledge of planning and on-site activations.
<li>Excellent organisational skills (both written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail.
<li>A calm demeanor and the ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activations with tight deadlines.
<li>Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise.
<li>Budget management experience, including supplier negotiation and reconciliation.

<p><strong>Salary: </strong>£30,000-40,000 (depending on experience)</p>
