<p><strong>Social Senior Account Manager (Social-First Agency)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> London (Hybrid, full time with 2 days in office)<br>
<strong>Contract:</strong> 6-month FTC <br>
<strong>Salary:</strong> £45K pro rata </p>
<h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3>
<p>We’re partnering with a leading <strong>social-first creative agency</strong> to find a <strong>Social</strong> <strong>Senior Account Manager</strong> to join their Client Services team.</p>
<p>This is not a traditional account management role.</p>
<p>This is for someone who lives and breathes <strong>social, understands how brands show up in culture</strong>, and can confidently lead clients through <strong>strategy, campaigns and delivery in a fast-moving, social-first environment</strong>.</p>
<p>You’ll be working across globally recognised brands, acting as the bridge between <strong>client, strategy and creative</strong>, ensuring ideas are not only exciting but delivered seamlessly and perform in the real world.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3>
<p>• Leading day-to-day client relationships, building trust and becoming a go-to strategic partner for global brands within <strong>tech, retail and FMCG. </strong><br>
• Managing the project for <strong>social-first campaigns</strong> from brief through to execution<br>
• Working closely with strategy and creative teams to shape ideas that land in culture<br>
• Translating client needs into clear, actionable briefs<br>
• Overseeing timelines, budgets and project delivery with precision<br>
• Driving campaign performance through insight, reporting and optimisation<br>
• Presenting work confidently and selling in ideas to senior stakeholders<br>
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand scope</p>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<p>• <strong>Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a social-first agency</strong><br>
• Strong background in <strong>client relationship management, strategy and project delivery</strong><br>
• Demonstrated experience delivering <strong>social and digital campaigns end-to-end</strong><br>
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders across creative, strategy and production<br>
• Commercially aware, able to manage budgets and identify growth opportunities<br>
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail<br>
• A clear understanding of <strong>social platforms, trends and what drives performance</strong></p>
<h3><strong>What This Role Is (and Isn’t)</strong></h3>
<p>This role is about <strong>leading client relationships and delivering impactful social work</strong>.</p>
<p>It is <strong>not</strong> a community management role.</p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who can <strong>own accounts, shape strategy and drive projects forward</strong>, not just manage day-to-day engagement.</p>
