<p>Major Players are partnering with an independent branding agency, looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Account Manager to support the delivery of high-quality client work across brand, innovation, and experience projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, with 1-2 years of client services experience, who is eager to learn, develop client management skills, and contribute to both creative and strategic processes. </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the delivery of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with senior team members to contribute to overall project outputs </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Take increasing ownership of individual responsibilities and proactively flag challenges </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in preparing and presenting work internally and, over time, to clients </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Contribute to new business initiatives and support marketing outputs </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Help identify opportunities for client growth and engagement </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Support research and insight gathering across cultural, consumer, and industry trends </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Contribute to strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative development </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Gain exposure to tools and methodologies across innovation and experience design </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrate curiosity in client interactions, asking thoughtful questions to uncover opportunities </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Support strategic discussions and contribute to client presentations </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Stay informed on trends and feed insights into the wider team </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver cohesive outputs </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Support wider team initiatives including pitches, RFPs, and growth projects </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with resource coordination and project planning where needed </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders </p> </ul> <p>Experience required: </p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years’ experience in account management or project management, ideally within a branding agency </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Budget management experience essential </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to travel internationally at least twice per quarter for client workshops, key project meetings, and to spend time on the ground with clients. </p> </ul> <p>Hours: Full time (9am – 6pm) </p> <p>Salary: £30-35,000 depending on experience </p> <p>Office Location: East Central London – 3 days per week in office (Mondays and Thursdays essential) </p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
