<p>We’re working with a fast-growing FMCG/DTC brand looking for a <strong>CRM Manager</strong> to join on an initial short-term contract, with strong potential to extend into an ongoing engagement. CRM is a major growth channel for the business in 2026, so this is a great opportunity to come in quickly, execute at pace, and help shape how the channel evolves.<br> <br> This role is very hands-on and delivery-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys building campaigns, writing strong CRM copy, and bringing creative thinking to lifecycle marketing.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Building and executing CRM campaigns in Klaviyo <li>Writing engaging, on-brand CRM copy across email flows and campaigns <li>Executing against existing strategy, briefs, and previous campaign learnings <li>Supporting light segmentation and audience targeting where needed <li>Contributing creative ideation around themes, messaging, and campaign focus </ul> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience using Klaviyo <li>Background in FMCG and/or DTC brands <li>Confident CRM copywriter with a creative mindset <li>Experience executing campaigns at pace in a fast-moving environment <li>Comfortable working from established strategy while adding creative input </ul> <strong>Project Scope & Duration</strong> <ul> <li>Initial <strong>3-week contract</strong>, with scope to become ongoing <li>ASAP start, initially 2 days pw with potential to increase </ul> <strong>Day Rate</strong> <ul> <li>£300–£350 per day </ul> <strong>Location & Workplace Policy</strong> <ul> <li>Hybrid/remote </ul> <strong>IR35 Status</strong> <ul> <li>Umbrella company preferred  </ul> <p>Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.<br> <br> Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
