<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Major Players are partnering with an innovative, award-winning production powerhouse, who are looking to hire a bright, articulate and driven Business Development Manager to continue their impressive growth and drive new business wins.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">The successful candidate will be results-driven and strategically minded, in order to generate prospects with renowned brands and be confident in targeting senior clients (C-suite / senior management) by email, LinkedIn and phone.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></span> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Drive new business opportunities with reputable and exciting brands.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Assist the CEO in designing commercial strategic plans for revenue growth.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Work with production, creative and design departments to respond to commercial opportunities.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Contact clients via LinkedIn, email and phone to set up meetings, generate leads and win business.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Attend events and meetings to scout for new commercial opportunities and build relationships.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Work with the marketing department to ensure all comms are succinct with winning commercial opportunities. </span></span> </ul> <br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong><u>Experience required:</u></strong></span></span> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Proven experience (at mid-weight level) working in a new business/business development role within an agency, production company or publisher.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Concrete knowledge of the industry landscape and the production process.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, both verbal and written, in order to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Solid understanding of new business tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce (or another CRM platform).</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Be a self-starter with an ability to generate, follow up on and manage leads. </span></span> </ul> <br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Hours: Full time</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Salary: £50,000-70,000 depending on level</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Office Location: East Central London</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Office requirements: 2-3 days per week in the office</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
