This week marks Mental Health Awareness week and the theme for this year is nature.
Research supports that nature can play a vital role in protecting and supporting our mental health. With one in four of us suffering with mental health issues, #connectingwithnature is a great of re-balancing your mental state.
There are lots of simple ways to bring nature into your everyday and over the course of the next week, we the Mental Health Foundation have put together a guide of top tips on how best to connect with nature (see button below).
