Major Players recently held our second Major Collective event, featuring speakers from Just Eat and Jigsaw. It was a fantastic night filled with insights and initiatives from our new freelance community Major Collective.
Rachel Kneen from Just Eat talked about how the company is using AI to get its customers ordering more frequently and some of the innovation around customer engagement and digital marketing. She also mentioned how voice and 'Assistance' is being hailed as the marketing channel of the future.
Alex Kelly from Jigsaw presented why more than ever it is important for brands to stand for something and create an emotional engagement with customers. Covering how Jigsaw campaigns deliver a Style & Truth message. They have something to say and provide a different viewpoint to the typical fashion campaign.
