I have over 13 years experience in the recruitment industry, covering a variety of desks and sectors from finance and pharma to tech and advertising. I've spent the last 3 years focusing on the impact of employer branding and bringing new and strategic hiring processes to businesses.

My role sits within Major Partners, a specialist division of Major Players. Our clients reach out to us when their businesses are going through a period of growth, and what makes our approach unique to typical recruitment is that we immerse ourselves in the company culture, working on-site to source talent and accelerate growth.

I’ve worked on-site with clients such as McCann London, Sky Works and Vitabiotics. I’ve helped build teams within digital engagement, account management as well as creative and design. I have a CIPD qualification within HR, and have helped some of our clients by offering improvements on their existing HR processes as well as suggesting and implementing new HR processes tailored to their needs too.

I enjoy working as part of the Partners team as it means I can be fully embedded in our clients' companies to understand their needs from the inside. Whether its to hire or scale a team, or to work on the culture of a company we can usually help the hiring managers to hire more effectively.

You first learn about a company’s journey, their culture and mission. Which means the hires made will be more understanding of the company and the process itself feels more personal.

I have successfully used the embedded Partners method with clients such as Spotify and Farfetch in the past and in the long-run it’s proven to be a cost effective, growing trend.

After heading up a team in Australia I made the move to London in 2018 to further my experience.  I came with experience recruiting for roles both domestically and across the world.  I have developed key relationships with both brand and agency clients to include businesses such as: Unilever, Hertz, Oliver Marketing, Adjust Your Set, Reebok and Diageo.

I love the Major Partners model as it allows us to understand not just how a business operates, but it’s culture too. This allows us to better select appropriate candidates for roles, in addition to identifying areas that can be streamlined or made more efficient.
