I like to dispel the myth that recruitment is dull and enjoy bringing change and creativity to what we do. I try to make our offering stand out and delight those that work with us. I also like to build meaningful partnerships with the industry. I do this in conjunction with my other very important job; bringing up my smasher of a son, Finlay.
