Social Motion Designer

<p>Fantastic new role for a Senior Motion and Content designer to join an established creative agency blending strategy and design to craft bold, meaningful brand experiences. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>- Create and manage the businesses global moving image requirements, motion design, video edits, video shoots, social media content and various other internal and external animation requirements.</p> <p>-  Interpretation of design briefs and their translation into innovative and creative solutions.</p> <p>- Drive creative motion design solutions through all projects and business.</p> <p>- Lead detailed creative response and be the conduit or content ideas</p> <p>- Maintain a creative and efficient video workflow across all platforms.</p> <p>- Develop creative ideas and content strategies for marketing across social media and other digital platforms such as media and blogs.</p> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <p>- Detailed knowledge and understanding of print, web and other digital processes and solutions including HTML</p> <p>- Strong technical knowledge of creative design</p> <p>- Strong understanding of motion design workflows from initial development to end delivery.</p> <p>- Strong understanding of all delivery methods. Filetypes, Resolutions and codecs.</p> <p>- Detailed Knowledge of on-site Media playback and servers.</p> <p>- Detailed Knowledge of all Video playback devices. LED and projector technical specifications and limitations.</p> <p>- Technical knowledge of video and photography capture.
