<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Digital Creative Strategist<br>
<strong>Level:</strong> Senior (£400-500per day inside IR35 paid via umbrella only) <br>
<strong>Working pattern:</strong> Full time, 2-3 days a week in office - outside of London within the M25, 2-3 days remote<br>
<strong>Reporting to:</strong> Strategy Director</p>
<p><strong>The role</strong></p>
<p>I'm working with an incredible media company, they are globally recognised, produce world renowned work and are expanding their team!<br>
<br>
We are helping them with hiring a Digital Creative Strategist to bridge <strong>social strategy and digital performance</strong> within a fast-paced media environment, in-house. </p>
<p>This role is for someone who understands how creative decisions directly impact outcomes. You will shape creative direction across paid social and digital channels, ensuring ideas are grounded in data, optimised for platforms, and built to perform across the funnel.</p>
<p>You will work closely with strategy, media, and creative teams, translating insight into clear creative guidance that drives engagement, conversion, and efficiency.</p>
<p><strong>What you must be strong at</strong></p>

<p>Developing performance-led creative strategy for social and digital channels</p>

<p>Turning audience insight and performance data into clear creative direction</p>
<li>
<p>Building messaging frameworks that work across awareness, consideration, and conversion</p>

<p>Understanding how creative, targeting, and optimisation interact in delivery</p>
<li>
<p>Working confidently with paid social environments and platform-native formats</p>
<li>
<p>Communicating clearly with senior stakeholders across disciplines</p>

<p><strong>What will not suit this role</strong></p>
<p>This is not a brand-only strategy role, a content-first creative role, or a pure media planning position. You need to be comfortable sitting between disciplines and being accountable for how creative performs.</p>
<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience within a creative brand or agency in a similar role
<li>Solid experience in digital creative strategy with a performance focus
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of social platforms and digital formats</p>
<li>
<p>Confident working with data, testing, and optimisation</p>
<li>
<p>Interest in AI-enabled tools for creative development and optimisation</p>
<li>
<p>Organised, commercially minded, and comfortable with pace</p>
