As Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand shows up across platforms – delivering engaging campaigns, building influencer partnerships, and mentoring a talented team. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead the delivery of social media campaigns across all platforms.</p>
<li>
<p>Own and evolve the influencer strategy, nurturing relationships with creators and talent.</p>
<li>
<p>Manage and mentor two direct reports: a Social Media Executive and a Content Creator.</p>
<li>
<p>Brief and direct social-first shoots and video content to ensure trend-led, platform-ready output.</p>
<li>
<p>Monitor and respond to cultural and social trends, keeping the brand relevant.</p>
<li>
<p>Partner with PR, creative, ecommerce, buying, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.</p>
<li>
<p>Analyse performance, report insights, and optimise future activity.</p>
<li>
<p>Act as brand guardian, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.</p>
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>At least 5 years’ experience in social media, ideally within fashion or beauty.</p>
<li>
<p>Proven ability to deliver influencer-led campaigns from concept to completion.</p>
<li>
<p>Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a social-first mindset.</p>
<li>
<p>Skilled in briefing, directing, and editing creative content.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong organisational and strategic planning skills, confident managing multiple projects.</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent copywriting ability with a sharp understanding of brand voice.</p>
<li>
<p>Experienced in leading and mentoring junior team members.</p>
<li>
<p>Analytical and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced creative environment.</p>
</ul>

<strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p>

<p>£48K–£54K depending on experience.</p>
<li>
<p>25 days holiday plus bank holidays.</p>
