With a hybrid set-up in London and a highly collaborative culture, this is an opportunity to put your stamp on a brand that thrives on innovation and trend-led content.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the delivery of social media campaigns across all platforms.</p> <li> <p>Own and evolve the influencer strategy, nurturing relationships with creators and talent.</p> <li> <p>Manage and mentor two direct reports: a Social Media Executive and a Content Creator.</p> <li> <p>Brief and direct social-first shoots and video content to ensure trend-led, platform-ready output.</p> <li> <p>Monitor and respond to cultural and social trends, keeping the brand relevant.</p> <li> <p>Partner with PR, creative, ecommerce, buying, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.</p> <li> <p>Analyse performance, report insights, and optimise future activity.</p> <li> <p>Act as brand guardian, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.</p> </ul> <p><br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 5 years’ experience in social media, ideally within fashion or beauty.</p> <li> <p>Proven ability to deliver influencer-led campaigns from concept to completion.</p> <li> <p>Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a social-first mindset.</p> <li> <p>Skilled in briefing, directing, and editing creative content.</p> <li> <p>Strong organisational and strategic planning skills, confident managing multiple projects.</p> <li> <p>Excellent copywriting ability with a sharp understanding of brand voice.</p> <li> <p>Experienced in leading and mentoring junior team members.</p> <li> <p>Analytical and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced creative environment.</p> </ul> <p><br> <strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>£48K–£54K depending on experience.</p> <li> <p>25 days holiday plus bank holidays.</p> <li> <p>Company performance-based bonus scheme.</p> <li> <p>Private healthcare.</p> <li> <p>Structured salary progression with twice-yearly performance reviews.</p> <li> <p>Hybrid working model: 3 office days (Tue–Thu).</p> <li> <p>Work within a creative, collaborative culture, supported by an in-house studio.</p> </ul> <p><br> <strong>Location & Workplace Policy</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>London-based hybrid role (3 days in-office: Tue–Thu).</p> <li> <p>Permanent, full-time contract.</p> </ul> <p><br> If this sounds like the right move for you, please send your CV to <strong>maddy.worger@majorplayers.co.uk</strong>.<br>  </p> <p><strong>About Major Players</strong><br> Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
