<p>A much-loved hospitality brand is looking for a <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> to take charge of its organic channels during a 12-month maternity cover. This is a rare opportunity to join a creative, collaborative in-house team where you’ll be hands-on with content, shaping the brand’s storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. From lo-fi, reactive posts to event capture and community engagement, this role blends strategy and creativity in an environment where your ideas can make a real impact.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own the day-to-day output and strategy across all organic social channels, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.</p>
<li>
<p>Plan and post engaging, on-brand content using iPhone-led capture (BTS and storytelling).</p>
<li>
<p>Manage freelance videographers as needed.</p>
<li>
<p>Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with wider marketing initiatives.</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to deliver standout visuals and campaigns.</p>
<li>
<p>Capture social-first content at brand events.</p>
<li>
<p>Lead on community management, escalating queries to the guest experience team where needed.</p>
<li>
<p>Curate and repost user-generated content while building authentic relationships with followers.</p>
<li>
<p>Support influencer outreach in partnership with PR and Partnerships teams.</p>
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>4–5 years’ experience in social media management (agency or in-house).</p>
<li>
<p>Proven track record creating high-performing social content, especially short-form video.</p>
<li>
<p>Skilled in lo-fi content creation, trend-spotting, and audience engagement.</p>
<li>
<p>Experience working with freelancers, creators, or social media agencies.</p>
<li>
<p>Strong organisational and project management skills.</p>
<li>
<p>Confident, collaborative communicator who thrives in team settings.</p>
<li>
<p>Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities.</p>
<li>
<p>Passionate about hospitality, food, and culture.</p>
</ul>
