<p>A <strong>leading, fast-growing professional brand</strong> is looking for a <strong>Social Media Content Manager</strong> to lead, own, and grow its organic and paid social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This is a <strong>hands-on, strategic role</strong> for someone who can lead across creative content with strategic insight and impeccable brand storytelling.</p>

<p>You’ll be instrumental in shaping how the brand connects with audiences, driving engagement and building a strong, professional presence. This is a <strong>full-time hybrid role</strong> based in West England, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a tangible impact on the brand’s social identity.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and own the <strong>social media strategy</strong> across platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision, values, and business objectives.
<li>Plan, manage, and optimise the <strong>social content calendar</strong>, balancing evergreen content, campaigns, and reactive opportunities.
<li>Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including posts, stories, short-form video, graphics, and thought leadership materials.
<li>Monitor, analyse, and report on social performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies to grow engagement and reach.
<li>Engage with communities, respond to comments/messages where appropriate, and nurture active and professional online audiences.
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — marketing, communications, and business stakeholders — to amplify key initiatives.
<li>Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and new tools to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and strategically effective.

<p>Skills & Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>social media strategy and management</strong> at a well-established or high-growth brand.
<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging, professional content.
<li>Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
<li>Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
<li>Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
<li>Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
