<p><strong>Content Creator – Manufacturing & Engineering Brand</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>A leading manufacturing and engineering brand based in Kent is looking for a <strong>Social Media</strong> <strong>Content Creator</strong> to elevate its digital presence and help tell the story behind its products, people, and innovations.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an opportunity to join a respected organisation with a strong heritage in high-quality production, now investing in its brand, digital growth, and content strategy.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a hybrid position based in Kent, with regular on-site shooting across workshops, manufacturing facilities, and brand events.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>• Create, film, and edit short-form and mid-form content</strong> for social channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), campaigns, internal comms, and employer-branding initiatives.</p> <p><strong>• Capture behind-the-scenes moments</strong> on the production floor - processes, people, engineering, innovation, and product detail.</p> <p><strong>• Develop creative concepts</strong> that humanise a manufacturing brand and highlight its quality, expertise, and forward-thinking approach.</p> <p><strong>• Produce strong edits using mobile-first tools</strong> (CapCut, TikTok editor, Adobe Express, or similar).</p> <p><strong>• Write clear, engaging captions and on-screen copy</strong> that communicate technical stories in accessible, impactful ways.</p> <p><strong>• Support employer branding</strong> by creating content that showcases culture, values, and the employee experience.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>• Proven experience creating social-first content</strong> <strong>and managing social channels </strong>— please provide links/content portfolio.</p> <p><strong>• Confident capturing content on-site</strong>, including in production/industrial environments.</p> <p><strong>• Strong editing skills</strong> with an eye for narrative and pacing.</p> <p><strong>• Ability to translate technical processes into engaging visual stories.</strong></p> <p><strong>• Comfortable working with people at all levels</strong>, capturing interviews, profiles, and authentic moments.</p> <p><strong>• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube Shorts.</strong></p> <p><strong>• Self-starting, organised, and able to work independently.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <p><strong>• A storyteller who can find creativity in unexpected places.</strong></p> <p><strong>• Someone who loves being hands-on</strong> — filming, editing, planning, pitching ideas.</p> <p><strong>• Naturally curious</strong> about how things are made and the people behind the process.</p> <p><strong>• A creator who can bring warmth, personality, and clarity to technical content.</strong></p> <p><strong>• Confident, proactive, and excited to help shape a brand’s digital presence from the ground up.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <p>£45K - £50K per annum (depending on experience).</p> <p>Hybrid working - 3-4 days on site in Kent</p> <p>Training, development, and cross-team collaboration opportunities.</p> <p>Chance to build and define the brand’s visual identity and employer brand from day one.</p> <p>Stable, supportive environment with long-term growth plans.</p> <p> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK's leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we've consistently championed our people and communities.
