Our client is expanding their Social Brand Reputation Team to lead high-impact, real-time responses on social media, ensuring seamless support while protecting brand integrity. This role oversees a global team focused on managing influencer interactions and addressing viral issues with white glove care. You'll collaborate closely with communications, marketing, and customer experience teams, playing a key role in identifying and mitigating potential risks. You'll be joining a global tech leader that powers real-time connections between people, services, and cities in over 70 countries.<br>   <p>Key Responsibilities </p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a global 24/7 team focused on protecting brand reputation on social media, working closely with program managers to ensure seamless operations across time zones.</p> <li> <p>Manage crisis situations on social platforms, including social listening, in-feed messaging, reporting, and coordination with policy, comms, and marketing teams.</p> <li> <p>Oversee workflows and optimize tools like Sprinklr to ensure efficient handling of influencer and viral content across the social media response team.</p> <li> <p>Coach, develop, and guide team members, including onboarding new associates and managing performance to maintain high standards of execution.</p> <li> <p>Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness in social care and brand protection strategies.</p> </ul> <p>Skills & Experience </p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience managing social media for a high-profile or global brand, especially in reputation management and crisis response.</p> <li> <p>Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing global, cross-functional teams.</p> <li> <p>Expertise in social media tools and platforms, particularly Sprinklr and Brandwatch, with a deep understanding of social listening and engagement strategies.</p> <li> <p>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership and navigating complex, high-pressure situations.</p> <li> <p>Crisis communications and influencer management experience, with the ability to identify and respond to potential viral issues quickly and effectively.</p> <li> <p>Project management proficiency, with a track record of leading multiple initiatives in fast-paced, high-change environments.</p> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Project Scope & Duration:</strong> start ASAP , 6 months<br> <strong>Working</strong>: 7am-3pm UK time  <br> <strong>Hourly rate :</strong> £32.40 - £40.65 </p> <p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy:</strong> Remote</p> <p><strong>IR35 Status: IR35 status:</strong> inside IR35</p> <p>Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.
