<p>A fast-growing wellness brand is looking for a <strong>Senior Social & Influencer Manager</strong> to lead its organic and influencer-led social strategy. This is a hands-on role blending creativity, strategy, and trend-led thinking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across social platforms. You’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s social storytelling, influencer partnerships, and social commerce initiatives, ensuring the brand stays ahead in culture, content, and community. Based in London with a hybrid model (3–4 days in-office), this role offers a collaborative, creative environment where your ideas can truly make an impact.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the day-to-day social media strategy and execution across organic, paid, and influencer channels.</p> <li> <p>Develop trend-led, best-in-class content that drives engagement, growth, and sales.</p> <li> <p>Oversee influencer outreach and VIP content collaborations for campaigns and social-first activations.</p> <li> <p>Drive social commerce initiatives, aligning activity with brand and growth objectives.</p> <li> <p>Collaborate with brand, creative, and growth teams to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns.</p> <li> <p>Monitor culture, competitors, and platform innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table.</p> <li> <p>Leverage analytics to track performance, optimise ROI, and inform future strategy.</p> <li> <p>Inspire and lead a small team, managing freelancers and external partners as needed.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>5–7 years’ experience in social media (organic & paid) and influencer strategy, ideally within fashion, beauty, or wellness.</p> <li> <p>Proven track record delivering high-performing, trend-led social content and influencer activations.</p> <li> <p>Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms; knowledge of TikTok Shop/social commerce is a plus.</p> <li> <p>Experienced leader with direct report and creative partner management.</p> <li> <p>Highly organised with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.</p> <li> <p>Creative, proactive, and culturally aware with an “always-on” mindset for digital innovation.</p> <li> <p>Data-driven, with hands-on experience using social and influencer analytics tools.</p> <li> <p>Global experience is advantageous but not essential.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>£65K–£75K, depending on experience.</p> <li> <p>Hybrid working model (3–4 days in-office).</p> <li> <p>Access to wellness perks and staff discounts across brand products and services.</p> <li> <p>Regular team socials, events, and brand activations.</p> <li> <p>Collaborative, creative, and ambitious team culture with flat structure.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>London-based, hybrid (3–4 days in-office, remainder WFH).</p> <li> <p>Permanent, full-time contract.</p> </ul> <p><br> If this sounds like your next career move, please send your CV to <strong>maddy.worger@majorplayers.co.uk</strong>.</p> <p><strong>About Major Players</strong><br> Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
