<h2>Senior Ecommerce Manager Luxury Sports Brand</h2> <p>We’re partnering with a <strong>high-profile luxury sports brand</strong> to hire a strategic and commercially-minded <strong>Senior Ecommerce Manager</strong>. This role will lead and scale their digital storefronts, ensuring every product drop, collection launch, and site update is executed to the highest standard.</p> <p>You will take full ownership of the <strong>end-to-end ecommerce journey </strong>from Shopify platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate can balance the <strong>big-picture vision of growing a global luxury sports brand</strong> with the precision needed to run a high-traffic, high-stakes online store.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p><strong>Ecommerce Strategy & Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute long-term ecommerce roadmaps to drive global sales growth and increase customer lifetime value.</p> <li> <p>Own the <strong>global trading calendar</strong>, executing launches, promotions, and high-profile drops with the customer journey in mind.</p> <li> <p>Manage and optimise the <strong>Shopify Plus ecosystem</strong>, including app integrations, theme customisation, and backend logistics.</p> <li> <p>Partner cross-functionally with <strong>Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising</strong> teams to align campaigns, storytelling, product presentation, and onsite experience with commercial objectives.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Retention, Email & Loyalty</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the CRM strategy, building <strong>lifecycle email flows</strong> (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers.</p> <li> <p>Design and manage a <strong>loyalty program or app</strong>, offering perks such as early access, exclusive drops, and digital content.</p> <li> <p>Use advanced segmentation to deliver <strong>personalised content</strong> for a global audience.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Data & Performance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own daily, weekly, and monthly site performance, balancing revenue, conversion, and margin targets.</p> <li> <p>Analyse site performance, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify <strong>CRO opportunities</strong>.</p> <li> <p>Deliver detailed post-campaign reporting to track the impact of email, loyalty, and other initiatives on total revenue.</p> <li> <p>Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless stock management across global territories.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Customer Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage customer service partners to ensure a <strong>consistent, on-brand, frictionless experience</strong>.</p> <li> <p>Use customer feedback and journey insights to inform continuous improvements.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Team & Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Foster a culture of <strong>collaboration, curiosity, and innovation</strong> within the ecommerce team.</p> </ul> <h3>About You</h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years’ experience in <strong>Ecommerce Management</strong>, ideally within high-growth fashion, streetwear, or talent-led brands.</p> <li> <p><strong>Expert in Shopify Plus and Klaviyo</strong>, with experience building flows from scratch and A/B testing campaigns.</p> <li> <p>Experience managing or building a <strong>digital loyalty program</strong> (e.g., LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, Smile).</p> <li> <p>Strong <strong>commercial acumen</strong>, comfortable managing P&Ls and driving measurable growth.</p> <li> <p>Highly <strong>analytical</strong>, using data to inform every decision.</p> <li> <p>Calm under pressure, especially during <strong>high-volume site traffic periods</strong></p> </ul>
