Senior Designer

Bring your flair and progressive thinking to large-scale brands and make an immediate visual impact.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> -      Champion the studio's creative philosophy and generate brave creative ideas supported by strong conceptual insight.<br> -      Design across all stages of a project, from initial concept to completion, covering art direction, brand systems, and every touchpoint.<br> -      Take accountability for projects, ensuring deadlines are met and collaborating effectively with wider project teams.<br> -      Clearly and confidently communicate ideas (visually and verbally) to peers and clients through internal and external presentations.<br> -      Remain culturally connected and aware of the world around you, understanding trends, and actively engaging with events and exhibitions.<br> -      Actively contribute to the studio's culture and values, leading by example and showing initiative.<br> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong><br> <br> -      An up-to-date portfolio of conceptual and crafted design solutions, demonstrating experience in developing sophisticated design systems for large-scale brands and projects.<br> -      Expert-level proficiency in the core Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).<br> -      Comfortable working as a team player, participating in workshops, and engaging directly with client meetings.<br> -      An independent thinker who is constantly curious and able to challenge a brief with new thinking and progressive ideas.<br> -      Proven ability to articulate and present creative ideas clearly and compellingly.<br> -      Flair for motion graphics, illustration, 3D design, or interaction design is a significant advantage. <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> -      £50-55k per annum<br> -      Two extra days of paid leave to step away and focus on self-care and wellbeing<br> -      Early finish on Fridays during the summer months<br> -      Enhanced Family Friendly Policies<br> -      Company Pension Plan, Life Assurance, and Income Protection. <p><strong>Location: London, hybrid 3 days in office </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>. <strong>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</strong></p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
