Senior Designer

<p>Fantastic opportunity for a Designer with proven experience across all touch points to join the team at a London-based fashion brand.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop design solutions and treatments for new campaign and content ideas, in line with the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, ready for pitches and presentations to senior management.</p> <li> <p>Conduct internal and external research as an input and a testing program to measure effectiveness.</p> <li> <p>Lead the UX/UI for the platforms and the associated brand guidelines to ensure a consistent delivery of quality user experience across internal and external teams.</p> <li> <p>Lead and develop an in-house creative design team to deliver the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, building their capacity in their discipline.</p> <li> <p>Responsible for the creation of global offline and online brand assets from brief to launch.</p> <li> <p>Output includes website creative, digital marketing, OOH, print media, packaging and point of sale assets.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Up to date portfolio with experience across different touchpoints in the luxury or fashion industry.</p> <li> <p>Excellent proficiency in using graphic design platforms and tools; Adobe Suite proficiency is essential.</p> <li> <p>A natural leader and confident communicator, able to inspire and influence a motivated team.</p> <li> <p>Experience in using UX/UI would be advantageous.</p> <li> <p>Up to date with the latest design trends.</p> </ul> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>£45-50k</p> <li> <p>4 days in London office</p> <li> <p>Brand discount</p> <li> <p>Yearly bonus</p> <li> <p>Opportunities for professional growth and skill development</p> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong> London</p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk.
