<p><strong>Senior Account Manager - Social & Content</strong><br> Salary: Up to £45,000 pro rata<br> Contract: Fixed-term, 5 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, with review to extend<br> Location: London, 3 days per week in-office, 2 days remote </p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>I'm working with a social first content team looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead social and content delivery across B2B-focused client work.</p> <p>This role is suited to someone who has grown within a social-first agency environment and is confident operating at senior level with B2B clients. You will take ownership of social activity within the account team, acting as a trusted client partner while ensuring work is strategically sound, well executed, and aligned to platform best practice.</p> <p>You will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, translating business objectives into engaging social content, and bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving projects.</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p> <p>You will act as a client contact for B2B and B2C accounts, building strong, credible relationships and managing day-to-day communication. You will own social delivery across multiple accounts, from planning through to execution and optimisation. You will oversee content quality, tone of voice, and platform suitability before work is shared externally. You will work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver joined-up social output. You will support social and content planning by translating insights, cultural moments, and performance data into clear, commercially grounded recommendations. You will manage timelines, approvals, and workflows across multiple stakeholders. You will review performance and insights, contributing to reporting and ongoing optimisation. You will bring a strong understanding of community management and social best practice into client conversations. You will maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach in complex or fast-paced environments.</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <p>You will have proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a social-first agency environment. You will have demonstrable experience working on B2B accounts, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders. You will have strong knowledge of major social platforms and how content performs across them. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams. You will be a clear, confident communicator with strong written skills. You will be confident using insights and performance data to inform decision-making.
