<p>We’re partnering with an agency to find a Paid Media Manager, to support on a consumer tech brand, who can jump straight into a fast-paced, high-volume account during a busy planning period. <br>
<br>
You’ll take budgets and product priorities and turn them into smart, effective digital media plans across Meta, Google and display, helping drive retailer traffic. <br>
<br>
This role is ideal for someone who loves the planning side of paid media, is confident managing briefs end-to-end, and can work closely with creative to ensure smooth campaign delivery. If you're used to fast turnarounds and freelance environments, this one’s for you.<br>

<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and shape paid media plans across Meta, Google Ads and digital display
<li>Recommend channel mix and budget allocation based on objectives and product focus
<li>Brief creative teams on required assets, formats, dimensions and timelines
<li>Manage approvals, sign-off processes and stakeholder communication
<li>Support campaign delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>3-4+ years’ experience planning and/or managing digital & paid media activity
<li>Strong understanding of Meta, Google Ads and digital display environments
<li>Confident translating briefs into media plans and recommendations
<li>Experience supporting retail-focused or multi-product accounts is beneficial
<li>Highly organised, proactive and able to hit the ground running
<li>Freelance-ready mindset: hands-on, adaptable and able to slot in quickly

<strong>Project Scope & Duration: </strong>4-6 weeks initially, with potential to extend into Q1 depending on upcoming briefs.<br>
<br>
<strong>Day Rate: </strong>£300–£350 per day.<br>
<br>
<strong>Location & Workplace Policy: </strong>London - 3 days per week in the office.<br>
<br>
<strong>IR35 Status: </strong>Outside IR35<br>
