New Business Director

<p>Major Players are partnering with a multi-award-winning, global AI powered brand & performance media agency to recruit for a New Business Director.</p> <p>This is an integral hire to their senior team - it requires someone who is passionate about the media and performance industry, to bring laser focus and win new exciting clients to elevate the success and growth of the business.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and sharpen the agency’s new business strategy and drive the brand forward through sales & marketing content campaign creation and management, including outreach and LinkedIn campaigns. <li>Bring an established network of contacts and show proven ability to have conversations with senior, blue chip marketers, open doors and win business. <li>Represent the agency at industry events by networking, promoting the brand and meeting attendees to generate and develop leads. <li>Work closely with Senior Management and Heads of Department to create industry leading and sales collateral content. <li>Nurture relationships with intermediary contacts to increase opportunity for RFPs. <li>Interrogate briefs to truly understand business challenges, objectives and pain points in order to tailor each pitch. <li>Lead the end to end pitch process from brief to contractual negotiations. <li>Proven understanding of pricing and commercial agreements. </ul> <p><strong>Experience & skill-set required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A genuine passion for digital media, performance, AI and helping solve business challenges. <li>Previous experience working in a digital marketing, performance or media agency is essential – a minimum experience of 5 years ideally. <li>A proven track record of successful lead generation and new business wins.
