Marketing Director

<p> </p> <p>This is a relocation opportunity to Dubai.<br> <br> We are working with a leading global brand at the centre of youth culture that is looking to hire a Marketing Director to lead on an exciting growth phase for the brand. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are looking for a strategic leader who is driven as much by trends as data. You will turn insight into creative ideas that generate love for the brand.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Craft and deliver international marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets, tailoring strategies to local cultures and trends while remaining true to the brand. <li>Build, inspire, and energise a high-performing, cross-cultural marketing team, developing capabilities in line with exciting growth plans. <li>Sit as part of the leadership team, work collaboratively with sales, operations, HR, and other core parts of the business. <li>Maintain a deep understanding of youth culture, customer segments, and emerging trends; translate insights into powerful narratives and campaigns. <li>Champion brand consistency across every touchpoint; brand, digital, experiential, partnerships, and beyond. </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in B2C marketing (agency and/or in-house) <li>Proven experience leading and building high-performing marketing teams. <li>Strong experience with analytics and AI marketing tools. <li>Experience pushing creative boundaries and coming up with out-of-the-box ideas </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Dubai <li>Full-time office-based <li>Support with relocation to Dubai will be offered </ul> <p> </p> <p>40,000 – 50,000 AED per month // £8,000 - £10,000<br>  </p> <p>Please get in contact with: chloe.fleming@majorplayers.co.uk</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that due to the large number of applications, I will only be able to respond to suitable candidates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
