<h2>Interior architect / Interior Designers / Spatial Designer<br>
Midweight & Senior Level<br>

<p>We’re working with an award-winning interior architecture studio based in Clerkenwell, London, who are looking to grow their freelance pool of <strong>Interior Architects</strong> across workplace, retail, hospitality and exhibition projects. With a reputation for blending creativity and technical excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team who place <strong>design thinking first</strong>.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Contribute to both <strong>concept stage design</strong> (materials, palettes, creative ideas) and <strong>technical delivery</strong> (detailed drawings, rollout)</p>
<li>
<p>Support workplace, retail and hospitality projects with strong design sensibility and attention to detail</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate closely with senior team members, contributing ideas and solutions across all project phases</p>
<li>
<p>Produce high-quality drawings in <strong>Vectorworks (2D & 3D)</strong></p>
<li>
<p>Work efficiently in a hybrid studio environment, with flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs</p>
</ul>
<h3>Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong proficiency in <strong>Vectorworks (2D & 3D)</strong></p>
<li>
<p>Demonstrable portfolio covering <strong>workplace and retail</strong> projects (hospitality and exhibition experience a bonus)</p>
<li>
<p>Ability to flex across <strong>creative concepting and technical delivery</strong></p>
<li>
<p>Proven experience working to tight deadlines within studio teams</p>
<li>
<p>Creative-first mindset, balanced with technical competency</p>
</ul>
<h3>Project Scope & Duration</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Start dates: from now through late September (flexible into early October)</p>
<li>
<p>Duration: 4–8 weeks minimum, with potential repeat bookings</p>
<li>
<p>Days: ideally 5 per week, 4 considered</p>
</ul>
<h3>Day Rate</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Midweight: <strong>£250–320pd</strong></p>
<li>
<p>Senior: <strong>£330–450pd</strong></p>
</ul>
<h3>Location & Workplace Policy</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Hybrid (preferred):</strong> Mondays and Wednesdays in the Clerkenwell studio</p>
<li>
<p>Remote possible depending on setup (Vectorworks license required, or collect studio laptop on day one)</p>
</ul>
<h3>IR35 Status</h3>
